The earlier gallery mixed existing controls, development changes and a future Sources proposal. Start here instead. Each task names what you do today, what changes in the review, and the behavior that must survive.
No installed app changes were made for these pages. A missing control in a mockup is an incomplete design, not permission to remove it. Existing functionality, settings and output behavior must be preserved and tested before a redesign can replace it.
Sources · Revised proposal, not implemented
The wide table becomes a stable list. Category, format/fps and quick MV inclusion stay visible. Selecting a row opens its detailed controls; it does not reassign the source.
Changed in revision 2: ten slots, category filtering, format/fps and per-row MV controls are shown. The extra Sources Cue/Take path from the first proposal is removed; Scene Builder keeps that responsibility.
All numbers and video in that proposal are simulated. Hardware setup, ISO controls, Zoom quality preferences and output routing are not fully mocked. Their preservation is unresolved until their destinations and tests are reviewed below.
Actual October 15 development capture, not an installed/live meeting. The table extends beyond the capture; this is the problem being addressed.
Lower thirds · Existing controls, proposed discoverability
The development designer already contains visual color pickers and hex fields. Its name/title/background/accent pickers were behind collapsed sections in the gallery. The captures did not make them discoverable.
Appearance stays a draft until Apply look. Cancel restores the applied look. Compare can show the original without destroying the draft. Saved looks, independent text lines, opacity, typography, placement and source logos remain.
No color control should require a hex code. Provide a visual spectrum/picker, with hex as optional precision entry. Color and opacity remain separate where the underlying control uses separate alpha.
The sample below proposes a clearer entry point. It does not demonstrate the Windows picker or publish anything to your app.
Draft matches applied reference. Nothing is sent to CoreVideo.
Review whether the visual picker is obvious and draft versus applied is understandable. This sample covers accent color only; the same entry pattern is required for all editable colors.

Curve channel labels, keyboard point selection, meaningful units, Reset and exact entry become clearer. ROI does not become a grade mask, a scene crop, or a transmitted overlay.
Grade live-edit choice and Apply/Cancel semantics stay. Curves, adjustment stack, LUT/preset behavior, full-frame restore and output consistency must not disappear behind a simpler UI.
Required to keep is a design constraint, not a claim of successful regression testing. A destination marked incomplete blocks approval of the full replacement.
